Greater Mississippi Community Development Corporation (GMCDC) is a registered 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to fostering affordable housing solutions for families in need. By providing resources, education, and opportunities, we empower individuals to build strong communities. Our aim is to enhance property values and promote social stability through engaging programs and community involvement.

GMCDC is a Christian-based organization that strives to positively transforms the housing industry for current and future generations of Mississippians. 

Our Work

The functional objectives of GMCDC were established to make a positive societal impact for the State of Mississippi and its residents in three areas: 

 

  • Community Engagement, 

  • Residential Services,  

  • and Housing Literacy.
